If you wish to increase levels of interest in your company and appeal to a wider European audience it is important to maintain regular communication with the investment community. Our investor relations’ programme provides clients with a complete investor and media communications package with the aim to build and sustain a significant European shareholder base.

We are retained by a number of corporate clients to represent them in Europe and provide the following services:

• Identify, maintain and continuously update a qualified database of European investors
• Foster an interest in our client companies by direct liaison with institutions and the media
• Ensure on-going contact and interaction with your target investor audience and European shareholders, through regular updates, including distribution of news releases, brokers reports, quarterly financials, annual reports and relevant corporate information
• Encourage industry and financial analysts to follow the company and encourage the production of broker research reports
• Assist with the production of news releases to provide information to, and raise the company’s profile with the financial media, including news agencies, newspapers, and specialist sectoral correspondents. We also advise on possibilities for news stories in the broadcast media ie. business radio and television
• Provide a representative office in London , use of our boardroom and general administrative support where necessary
